I should have started running a long, long time ago.
I'm better off without you, more than you know.
New song by Daughtry (or something) that I heard driving home from work the other day. It pretty much sums up how I feel about my failed relationship. I came to the conclusion a few days ago that while I have only been living in this new place for a few months, I am happier here than I ever was in my best moments back home.
I miss my mother and my dogs, I miss having a Wal-Mart less than five minutes away, and I miss my shower. But I love it here. This is the best decision I've ever made.
And you know what? If he thinks I should have given this up for him, he has a lot of self-evaluating to do. This move, and the break up, was so worth it.
