Darkness Spirit: You still haven't chosen yet, have you?
Voice: No. There are two choices...
Darkness Spirit: I already know that the good Daniel will be one of them but who's the other?
Voice: I'm sorry. I can't tell you that information.
Darkness Spirit: Well, I'm getting tired of waiting! Pick someone now!
Voice: It will be soon.
Darkness Spirit: It better be...
Voice: I will call upon you when I have made my decision. Then the final battle will begin.
Darkness Spirit: ... And we still haven't figured out who opened the portal?
Voice: No... No clue...
Darkness Spirit: Just hurry up and choose someone or the final battle will be between me and you!
Voice: And we both know that it would never end.
Darkness Spirit: Exactly.
Back at Maria's house...
Jenny: So... he lost to his evil self?
Kimber: That's what I saw...
Jenny2: *Yawn* What's going on?
Jenny: So, you finally woke up?
Jenny2: You were talking about Daniel weren't you. I saw he was sleeping in there. What happened to him?
Jenny: Don't worry about it. He'll be fine.
Kimber: Ya, just don't worry.
Jenny2: ... Fine...
Daniel: Will you three quit arguing?
Jenny: You're already standing up!
Daniel: Keep in mind that I had one of mom's healing fruits...
Jenny: Oh, ya...
Voice from outside the house: Everyone! Come out with your hands up!
Maria: Oh no! It's the guards! Everyone hide!
Jenny: Crap! We could really use Josh right now...
Daniel: Not the time for complaining! We can't rely on Josh for everything! We have to get out of here!
Maria: ... Take the underground exit... it's the only way...
Jenny2: But doesn't that lead to-
Maria nodded.
Jenny2: I'd rather stay here!
Guard: I'm giving you until I count to three to come out!
Maria: Go! They'll kill you all if they get in here!
Guard: 1!
Jenny2: But-
Guard: 2!
Maria: GO!!!
Guard: 3!!!
We rushed down a hatch under a rug right as the guards busted in.
Jenny2: Shhhh... Let's go...
I saw one of the guards kill Maria as I closed the hatch. We kept walking through an underground tunnel.
Jenny: So, where's this lead to?
Jenny2: It leads to the place none of us would go right now...
Jenny: The fire castle...
Jenny2: Correct. As soon as it's been long enough though, we can return to Maria's house...
Daniel: I'm afraid we can't...
Jenny: Why not?
Daniel: They killed her... I saw them...
Jenny: No!!!
The hatch opened.
Guard: Quick! Two of you go down here and check! I thought I heard something.
Daniel: s**t... Shhh... Just run...
We ran as fast as we could through the dark cave. We eventually made it to the end. The guards were close behind us.
Jenny: I have no choice. They'll catch us if I don't.
Daniel: Don't what?
Kimber: Jenny! Don't!
Guard: I heard them! Keep moving!
Jenny made the cave collapse behind us.
Daniel: ... Holy s**t...
Jenny2: Now we have no choice but to move forward.
Jenny: We didn't have another choice anyway.
Daniel: Let's just go up the hatch.
We opened the hatch, and no one was in there, but it wasn't any room, it was the council room.
Daniel: Wow... this is where I first met you Jenny... or should I say Jennys.
Jenny: Ya... It's been so long...
Jenny2: No time for memory lane... We have to figure out how to get out of here. The only door out of here leads to the throne room.
Kimber: Damn it!
Jenny2: Exactly... anyone got any bright ideas?
Outside the castle...
Daniel2: Search every house, every store, every home!
Guard: They were in Maria's house, but they escaped through a hatch at the bottom of her house.
Daniel2: That hatch leads to the council room of the castle!
Guard: Sir?
Daniel2: Gather up all of the troops and head back to the castle! Meet me there...
Guard: Yes sir... Troops! Rally back!
All of the troops went back to the castle.
Josh: *Wipes forehead* The was close... When the Light Spirit said that there was trouble in the Fire village, he wasn't kidding...
Random Civilian: You know the Light Spirit? That means you're here to save us!
Josh: Unfortunately, not yet. He hasn't exactly chosen me yet...
Civilian: But you know him! And that means he probably will choose you. It seems you need a place to hide. Come in!
Josh: Honestly, a place to hide is something I've got plenty of, and plus it really wouldn't be good for me to be in your house. The fire village would give any amount of yen to get my head.
Civilian: Then who are you?
Josh: The name's Josh, the darkness leader.
Civilian: Wow... No way... You're Josh?
Josh: yes, and please tell no one that we've had this conversation... Got to go...
Josh dissapeared.
Voice: You'll never guess who came to visit me...
Josh: Daniel?
Voice: No... The Darkness Spirit.
Josh: What did he want?
Voice: He was just telling me to make my decision quickly...
Josh: He's not the only one that wishes you would do that... and please come out of the shadow in the corner... it's not exactly something a "light" spirit should be doing...
He walked out of the shadow...
Light Spirit: This will all be over soon... Daniel is on the move... You wont help him this time... but if he gets out of this alive, he will be chosen...
Josh: I could get out of it easily...
Light Spirit: That's because I taught you teleporting. His situation is by far, the hardest thing he's done so far... And he has people to protect at the same time...
