Jenny: I heard a scream... what's wrong?
Daniel: .....
Jenny: Daniel? Are you ok?
Daniel: ..... I tried sleeping... like you said... and I had the nightmare again...
Jenny: Is it really that bad?
Daniel: Yes, it is.... Seeing all of what I saw and knowing that I was the cause of it...
Jenny: What all exactly happens?
Daniel: In my dream, Ryan, Chase, and Gingy are dead. They are all hanging in the fire village... They didn't join my monarchy, so I killed them... And Ricky was next...
Jenny: What of Josh?
Daniel: ... The darkness village apparently was able to avoid the fire army... Josh must have learned something new...
Jenny: ..... You don't really think it is of the future do you?
Daniel: I don't know..... I can't tell anything of the future... me and Carolian were suppose to be married, and look how that turned out...
Jenny: ..... we all miss Carolina..... and I never figured out why you killed Matt instead of just trying to get the darkness out of him...
Daniel: You heard Devil, when a shadow spirit enters someone, it never leaves. It was the only way to finally end it.
Jenny: I guess...
I got out of bed.
Jenny: So if you can't sleep, what will you do?
Daniel: I don't know..... I'll just play it by ear...
Jenny: ... I'm not sure if that's the best idea...
Daniel: But I am... Lets get out of this castle...
Jenny: But what would we be doing?
Daniel: Whatever we want to...
We left the castle and started looking for things to do in the town. We went to a lot of the vendors, who gave us free things because I saved the village. We eventually left the village, and went to go see the damage of the wave. The house was completely destroyed. Most of the debris had been washed away.
Jenny: So sad..... What do you think the ice villagers will do?
Daniel: I don't think there are any more ice villagers... I think they were all wiped out..... We would've heard if there were any survivors...
Jenny: So... what do we do with the land then?
Daniel: ..... Expand the Earth village.
Jenny: Why the Earth Village? Shouldn't the fire village have it?
Daniel: Yes, and I'm giving it to you.
Jenny: Why?
Daniel: ..... The only death that wasn't of the Ice village was Carolina... and Bryan of course, but he was sided with the Ice village... So I think the Earth village deserves the land for the loss of a great general, and friend.
Jenny: ...... Thank you Daniel.
She hugged me. I hesitated, then hugged her back.
Daniel: Now that this is all over.... What's going to happen?
Jenny: I don't know... Is it going to be like it was these last 3 years? Where none of us ever saw each other? I don't want that to happen... I don't want you to go...
Daniel: ..... I don't want to go either.....
She just stood there, in my arms...
Daniel: Unfortunately, I have to go..... Our.... I mean my father left me the Fire village..... I must protect it.....
Jenny: ..... I really don't want you to be away that long again...
I closed my eyes, and saw the image of me kissing her again.
Daniel: ... No.....
I walked back...
Jenny: Daniel? What's wrong?
Daniel: ..... I can't..... We can't.....
Jenny: Daniel, you're not making any sense..... What's going on?
Daniel: If we start... it would be the first step to my nightmare being true...
Jenny: Daniel..... It wont be true..... You're not like that! I'm not like that! We both know it!
Daniel: You haven't seen it for yourself...
Jenny: ... I know..... and I can't see it for myself, and I never will have to because it wont happen. Now please... don't let this take you over.
Daniel: ..... You're right...
She walked up to me and i put my arms around her.
Daniel: It's kind of funny how one day we could be brother and sister, but the next we're like this...
Jenny: Ya..... does this mean you're leaving again?
Daniel: Yes, but that doesn't mean I can't come visit...
Jenny: Ricky said the same thing... He only visited me 6 times during the entire 3 years...
Daniel: But, I'm not Ricky...
Jenny: You're right. You're not...
We stood there in each other's arms for about 10 minutes. Ricky eventually found us.
Ricky: There you guys are! We've been looking all over for you! We're all wondering what we're going to do now that it's all over...
Daniel: Go back to our own villages and stay at peace...
Ricky: Hah... all right. See you guys at the next world crisis!
Daniel: See ya!
Jenny: Bye!
Ricky left.
Daniel: So, where were we?
Jenny: I don't know. You tell me.
Daniel: I think we were about... right... here...
I leaned in to kiss her, and she leaned in to finish the gap. For a moment, I was in heaven, the next I was holding her in my arms again.
Daniel: ... I'm really going to miss you.
Jenny: I'm going to miss you too...
Daniel: Tell my mom I said hi...
I started walking towards my village. As I got a bit further, I heard Jenny chasing me.
Jenny: Wait!
I stopped, she caught up and fell straight into my arms and I kissed her.
Jenny: Keep that as a goodbye present, but make sure that goodbye isn't too long ok?
Daniel: Don't worry. It wont be...
We both went our separate ways...
