New Places
I sit here in this new place.
Looking, searching for a fimilar face
But there is not one.
I know no one here.
I'm the new kid again.
I'm all alone in this jungle
There is so many of them, I can't see.
Missing my friends back home
i sit on the cold cement curb.
Minding my own bussiness,
When someone asks "Are you waiting for someone?"
A small shake of my head is all I do.
"Well then you are coming with me." A odd reply.
I show my appreciation with a small, shy smile.
I sit here in the middle of my new friends.
Observing them, listening to them.
I've heard things like this before.
Wait! My friends back home!
These new friends are like them.
Inside my heart is torn.
Torn between heart broken sadness.
And happiness, that I found people...
Days go by with these new friends.
But it's not the same
It'll never be like before
Then it happens...
Time to leave these new found friends
I hate moving all the time
Now I sit alone again.
Everyone the same, stuck-up like.
I'm invisible now and forever..
