So many feelings, so many things.
Wanting to scream.
Wanting to sit and cry my heart out.
Wanting to talk it out.
Wanting to hide it all away.

Breathing quickly as if out of breath.
Heart beating hard against my chest.
Eyes blurry, unfocused, can't see.
Can't find a way to stop it.

In the end I'm sitting here.
Same feelings as before, but ignoring them.
Hands now clamy, red hot face.
They don't like me doing this.
But I'm so afraid to let them out.
