Look at me,

I'm losing my mind...

My eyes are weary,

My body is numb,

It pains me so much to see what I've become...

I feel no joy,

I feel no pain...

I'm on my knees,

Crying out feeble pleas...

Why did you go?

Why did you leave?

Why did you take my heart from me?

I gave you my all,

Blood, sweat and tears...

I took your fears,

Erased your tears,

Gave you my heart,

When another took yours...

I can't believe everything I did for you,

All the things I sacraficed for your sake,

Meant so little to you...

You picked up and left without even so much a goodbye,

All I can ask myself is why?

...

I understand now,

Why you did it,

Why you never gave me back my heart...

At a time you could not feel,

But when I came you healed...

You used me,

You betrayed me...

You were just another girl being suffocated by society,

Desperately looking for a way to escape...

I cared not for your illness,

Much less your scars...

You were my friend,

My love...

I told you, "I love you."

Did you think I was lying?

Is that why our lives took a sudden turn?

You took my life and left me with yours,

Afraid of going back to who you were...

The pain I had to endure,

When the last words I heard you say were, "I'm sorry, I love you."

You stole my heart and ran off with it,

Knowing that wherever you go I will always love you...

I miss you so much,

I never felt so empty before...

All I want is my heart back,

Just a piece,

Give me a chance to feel again...

Give me a chance to love again and save me from this bloody hell...

All in due time...
