I'm sorry I can't make you happy... I try so hard... I do the best I can... You have to understand I'm only human... I can't be who I want to be... I have my faults... You have yours... I love you despite your faults... Why can't you do the same for me... I can't hold you in my arms... I can't protect you from this place... I can't be your friend... I can't do anything but love you the best I can... I'm sorry I can't do anything more than that... God knows you deserve so much better than me... And that person is probably right around the corner... But do you think you could at least let me hold your hand... Can I walk you toward that corner... Because I don't care about the future...
