I'm invisable
it's official
no one sees me
walking, talking
trying to live a 'normal' life
they just ignore me
they pass by, not seeing
not wanting to see me
not wanting to see i'm normal
but
they see me when they want a little fun
when they want a laugh
they laugh at me.
when they need to feed their self-esteem
they turn to me.
when they want some entertainment,
knowing i'll do anything to fit in,
they tell me to dance again,
knowing i don't know how.
and when they break my heart...
they just ignore me like they always do.
they don't hear my cries
they don't see the tears i cry
they've taken my pride,
my self-esteem,
my dignity,
my self confidence...
and now...
just like they took everything else away
they've taken the one person who heared my cries
the one person who saw my tears
and now i don't even have a shoulder to cry on anymore
