With my gpa moving up, things have been hectic (read previous journal entry). But yesterday, I decided at church to take a different mind-set toward the whole situation. I prayed with my sister about it and for the rest of the day, my mind-set wasn't "I can't wait until he leaves and we can get him out of here!", it was "I'm so glad he was able to move up here, and I'm glad we're able to help him out!" Even though he was acting the same way.
After church, we went to his house to clean and paint it since the moving truck would be here in the morning. My mom, dad and I were painting his house, when suddenly, he became who he used to be: silly, joking, fun, laughing, just a super nice gpa like he used to be! And it lasted for until we left (3 hours later).
I believe God was showing me that he still had that side of him in there, because before that time, I thought he had lost that happy-side completely. Thanks for the prayers! I'm feeling them here! mrgreen
