For the weeks of Feb. 17-Mar. 8
WoW
^^;; I really wasn't on my main server much this week due to someone dragging me over to another server to make a char. My new char is another blood elf mage, currently level 14, and will be a jewelcrafter. And oye... was I a dunce. I gave her tailoring at first and then couldn't figure out how to remove a profession so that I could learn something else! ^-^;;
Anime/Movies
Fantastic Children- Vol. 1 (Anime series) I found this one a bit esoteric and difficult to grasp at first. I got the impression after a while that this was deliberate on the part of those making the anime though. I'm not sure that I want to watch the entire series, but I'm intrigued enough to perhaps seek out the last volume or something to find out what happens. xD;;; yes, I'm terrible sometimes about things like that.
Scrapped Princess, Vol 4. (anime series) No, I didn't see vol. 2 or 3. This wasn't by choice though. I've been getting these through my blockbuster online account and they didn't have 2 or 3 available. @@; Anyhow... I seem to have got the one where there's a major plot twist... O_o interesting.
Detective Loki Ragnarok - vol. 1 (Anime series) I really liked this one! I'll be searching for these ones in sequence, definitely. ^-^
Naussica of the Valley of the Wind (Anime movie) I've heard about this one for a long time, and finally saw it. It's a really great movie. I don't know what else to say. You just have to see it!
My neighbor Totoro (Anime movie) I finally found out what a Totoro was! Mmmmm. This movie is really neat. To-to-ro, To-to-ro! ^-^ Hehe. Now I want a Totoro plushie. ninja
I also watched a couple episodes of Remington Steele! It's an old TV series. I borrowed season 1 from a friend of mine. ^-^
Books
Ehhh... I already took a few of them back to the library, and I may have forgotten the names... ^^;; so... here goes.
Dragon Wing - Death Gate Cycle 1 by Margaret Weis - This story had some dark overtones, but overall I enjoyed the tale; it was very well woven. I look forward to reading the other six books in the series eventually.
The Fire Rose, The Serpent's Shadow, Phoenix and Ashes, and The Wizard of London ALL by Mercedes Lackey - This is her series about the Elemental Mages and I enjoyed it very much. Many of these had elements taken from common fairy tales such as sleeping beauty or cinderella but I found the ways in which the tales differed from those fairy tales and ways in which magic was portrayed in these books to be very interesting. It's a different take on both magic and psychic abilities than what I've previously seen, though I still prefer Stasheff's Warlock world.
Pawn of Prophecy by David Eddings - After what amounted to failure with the Elder Gods book, I wanted to try an earlier David Eddings book. My friend has several of his early series, so she lent me this one since I was having trouble finding it at the library. As soon as I read the first couple pages of this book though, although I couldn't remember the story, I knew that I had read it before because the characters were very familiar to me, and I knew I had already met them and accompanied them on their journeys before, even though I'd apparently forgotten. I finished this first book in about two days, in between working... and I'm looking forward to starting the second in the series... which I'm not sure if I've read before or not. I suppose I'll know once I start.
I think there may be a couple I left out there.. but those are all I remember for now!
Other Games
Wiii =O yes, I tried out a Wii this week! I think my arm is still sore, but it was a lot of fun! ^_^

I heart that movie.
Did you know there's a manga version of it?
What's up? Haven't spoken to you recently.
