That's not what I meant, If he kills, say three people, you can't give him an equal punishment, seeing as you can't kill him three times. right, but isn't killing him once enough to stop him? There's an old saying, corporal punishment and humiliation is used to treat general crimes and captail punishment is used to punish major crimes becasue the first teaches all people the consquences, the second teaches only one man.
