<center>it is painful. smothering me from within the inside as it presses in on my heart and lungs. unable to breathe. my heart is racing, my stomach filled with it. sickening.
loathing, i try to fight off this feeling. but it remains. dragging with it is my heart, lower and lower, and i fight to rise it again. my skin turns pale and i begin to sweat as i battle again within myself.
i cant let this happen.. please dont do this..
yet it does.
please make it stop. someone help me. i need someone to stand beside me and be my support. i need them. but my screams are unheard, my tears unseen, my pain unfelt. i am alone. in the darkness, my cries are heard. pain and sorrow. greif. fear spreads through my veins like ice, freezing my blood as it becomes thick. i begin to drown within myself.
help me. i cant breathe..
