I'm really angry. They've cut three of my courses for next year: lit studies, media arts and visual arts. They're cut because not enough people signed up for them, there needs to be at least 10 students for them to have a class. It's frustrating because for those of us who want to go into the arts, our options have been severy diminished. It pisses me off that just because most st.pats students aren't interested in anything artistic or english related, those of us who are should suffer. Just because we don't go to canterbury, doesn't mean we should be alienated from the arts. There has been some amazing talent that has come out of St. Pats but without a grade 12 art class, how are the talented kids in my grade supposed to get anywhere. I'm not saying I am a talented kid, but there are some. All my stuff is good because I work really hard at it and spend alot of time working on them. I need an art class so I can build up my portfolio. Now I'm going to have to take the summer school art class just to catch up. it sucks too, cause theres no one I can really blame for it either. The school won't run a class with less than 10 students(we have 8, which would be 9 since paradise is taking one of her other courses in summer school) and students won't take classes there not interested in. It just sucks that in what may not seem like a big deal to them happens to be screwing around with my future. Now I'm stuck taking 2 classes that I don't want to take. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the brightside, people were making me feel a bit beeter about it during the day. While me, nahmi and mon were royaly ticked off about it, lindz, amalia, lalli and bellefeuille all managed to cheer me up a bit in there own very different ways.
