Leaves fall by the road
Thier meanings fulfilled and done,
While I lay under their home writing this ode
Why you're gone, I'm uncertain
But I admire you enough.
Perhaps it was the distance
That kept me behind this awful curtain.
Hundreds find their love this soon,
All with joy glittering in their eyes.
I am left here trying to form a necklace
With your lovely memories,
that lay tangled and strewn.
I shall never forget our cheerful times,
Your handsome voice, your incredible soul,
But while in remembrance, my heart aches
Thus having me write this of many rhymes.
I love him dearly...
I hope his life will be well
I'll remain in my world mending the fissure
Left within me ever so clearly.
Please if you read, to cherish your love
serious or nay, just cherish it so
I pray that you will be well
to anyone who reads.
Love may be short,
and even everlasting...
But the feeling is all the same
Just why things broke I'll never know,
I love him dearly...
