A very hurt Ricky heads back to the Darkness Village, when he reached the room that Josh was in, Josh was getting ready to leave. Shadow separates from Ricky.
Shadow: What are you doing? There's no way you could have healed that quickly!
Josh: Don't question me! I see you failed in your fight against the fire heir.
Shadow: The fire heir has too many friends. And by the way Ricky, that girl you like, don't EVER piss her off!
Ricky: I'll get him next time. Don't worry.
Josh: No you wont, because there wont be a next time for you. I'm going this time. You can come if you want, but I suggest you stay and rest.
Ricky: No, I'm going. [pant] [pant]
Josh: You seem pretty beat.
Ricky: I used a lot of energy in that fight. [pant] [pant]
Josh: Really, you should stay. Shadow will take care of you.
Ricky: No, I'm going!
Josh: Fine.
They all head for the earth village.
Back at the castle, Ashely finally comes back to the castle. Jenny, Matt and I were talking about Ricky.
Daniel: He obviously has inner issues.
Jenny: He would never do something like that!
Matt: He should never have come.
Ashely: Are you guys talking about Ricky? Where is he?
Daniel: Ashely! Where have you been!?
Ashely: Hunting hot guys!
Daniel: ..... We really could've used your help here!
Ashely: Why? What happened?
Matt: Don't worry about it.
Ashely: So.... Where's Ricky?
Jenny: ........ Ricky......
She held her hand to her heart.
Ashely:Don't tell me he's dead!!
Daniel: No, he's not dead. He teamed up with the darkness village. HE almost killed me, Matt, and Carolina!
Ashely: So what happened?
Daniel: ..... Your hair color suits you Ashely...
Ashely: What's that suppose to.... Oh!.... Hey!!!!
Daniel: ..... Are you seeing someone?
Ashely: No! I love being single! Why? Were you gonna ask me out?
Daniel: I meant seeing someone for your head!!! A psychiatrist!!!
Ashely: No, but I hear they're good kissers.
Daniel: Wow... you just keep quiet.
All of the sudden, a black cloud covered the skys of the castle. We all looked straight down the road to see Josh, Shadow, and Ricky walking this way. They kept getting closer and closer. I stood in front of the others, because I knew they came here for an attack. Soon, when they got closer, they stopped.
Josh: Which one of you is the fire heir?
Daniel: That would be me.
Josh: Me, you, now.
Daniel: Wow, Ricky, you've convinced him good, eh?
Ricky: What do you mean? I've told him nothing but the truth.
Daniel: You told him that I like Jenny didn't you.
Ricky: Yes I did because it's true!
Daniel: No it is not! Jealousy has clouded your judgement!
Josh: Enough arguing. I came here for a fight.
Daniel: And you're going to get one.
I turned on my element.
Josh: Finally. I get to see the fire heir's true strength. I will push you to your limits.
Daniel: I think you're the one that will be pushed to your limits.
I rushed toward him and swung my flame sword at him. He dodged easily. He barely even had to move.
Josh: Is that the best you've got? This will be easier then Chase of the Light Village was.
Daniel: The light village? You didn't!!!
Josh: I did, but that is none of your concern right now. Right now your only concern is your life.
He shot a dark beam from his hand into my stomach. I flew backwards, and landed on my back. Meanwhile, Jenny kept looking at Ricky, and Ricky kept looking at Jenny. Ashely noticed this, and turned on her element.
She pushed Jenny towards Ricky with her Air powers. When she finally got there, Ashely turned back to normal.
Ricky: Jenny I...
Jenny: Don't worry, I forgive you.
Ricky: Thank you Jenny...
Jenny: No, Thank you...
They kissed, and then Jenny stayed in his arms.
Meanwhile, back at the battle between Josh and me, I kept being tossed backwards by Josh, not making any progress.
Daniel: There has to be a way!
Josh: You aren't using your full power. You stand no chance against me without it.
Daniel: Fine, but you asked for it!
I got angry, and my enraged form turned on.
Daniel: Now we'll see who stands a chance.
Josh: That still isn't your full power. You have much more within.
I rushed at him with both of my flame swords, but he dodged both of them as easy as he had dodged one. He tried sending a beam of darkness at me again, but I used my fire shield.
Josh: Hmm, It seems you've learned your leader power as well as the earth princess. Not only that, but you've mastered it well.
Daniel: And what about you?
Josh: I don't need it to beat you.
Daniel: We'll see.
I sent a ball of fire at Josh, but he deflected it with a beam of his own. I then used my whip of fire to tie around his hands so he couldn't send beams of ice. After his hands were tied, I sent another ball of fire at him. This one hit him directly in the face. He flew backwards, just as I had many times. He looked at me angrily, then stood up.
Josh: You're going to regret that!
Daniel: If that's the best you got, you stand no chance.
Josh: It's not even close. I'll show you the power I have!
At that time, his armor started glowing red sparks. A helm apeared on his head, his power had increased dramatically. He had entered his enraged form.
Josh: It's over!
