this is a poem my friend yumi wrote for me a whille ago.
Past Love Towards the Future
i was battered and bruised
but still i stood loveing you
you walked away and showed me no affection
now i crawl and walk in the dark
but soon i see a light
mezmerized i am drawn to it
i long for this new person
but just like before it is not returned
i felt the pain and cried many tears
the light started to dim
smoke began to arise and i submitted to defeat
then finally after two long years your here
now you hold me
you kiss me
you love me
i hope i never lose you
but even if leave me ill know what
it was like
to feel true happiness
