Happy Valentine's Day
Happy Valentine's Day my lucky friend,
I feel sad that soon this day must end,
Exchanging cards, candy, and gifts is so much fun,
Just like playing hockey or bathing in the sun,
So as you receive this card and cookie from yours truly,
I hope you think about this wonderful day and me.
That was for my friends and aquaintances, now here is the one I sent to my teachers. ^_^
Happy Valentine's Day
Essays, schoolwork, and exams are rewarding in their way,
But what's more rewarding are the feelings exchanged on this day,
You are my teacher and I your beloved student,
I hope this card shows me as being righteously prudent,
I want to give something back, maybe not with the words "To Sir, With Love",
But I want to show you that with great instructors, learning seems like a gift from above.
This was a random post, but I felt like showing my poems. They aren't that great, but ah well. xp
