I think that Gaia has become my new obsession. I have ditched my cool social life for a bunch of good grades and a time of self improvement. Oh well. I am currently reading "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown, its not bad, but slightly predictable so far. I've gotten to like page 300 something. Crap, mid-term marks are coming in less then two weeks... as long as nothing is below 70% . Last year for art I got 25% because I refused to do any homework what so ever, the subsitute teacher I had for like 3 months was a total biatch. At least this is the last week of the half credit "Civics". It is so horrible. It's all about democratic govenments and the house of commons, and legislatures. I can care less about politics. Monday my whole class get a new teacher for "Career Studies" and thank god. This civics teacher drives me up the wall. Oh well, bye bye!

Wow, polish school was crazy!! The security guy (my good friend) was coming around the classes and asking people who wants to order pizza. So okay, our ONLY 10 MINUTE break comes *rolls eyes* and pizza is not there yet. And so the principal allows us to eat it in class when it arrives, but my teacher, which is crazy and 66 years old, forcefully tries to puch the securtiy guard with the pizza out of the class, and doesnt care if the principal allows it, there is no eating in the class!! So twelve people from my class, are made to eat pizza, in the hallways, during class!! Luckily it wasted about 30 minutes, and the class is only from 9- 12:30 am on saturdays. The best part is this, when we all wanted to go back to class, she wouldnt let us in without an admit slip from the office. So 12 people walk to the office, and the office write one note allowing everyone back in. We go to class, she wont even open the door for us, and yells that she needs a note with all of our names on it. The principal comes downstairs, saving us the walk back to the office, and tries to negociate with the teacher to let us in, and even then there was no deal. Finally the principal gets the keys, opens the door, and lets us in the class room, while the teacher is mumbling to herself that she is going to mark us all 30 minutes late more class. I hope she gets fired!!!! biggrin

Today I skipped school half of school, went to my friends house with my boyfriend, we were in the garage, I was listening to their first real practise of their band. Theres a bass guitar, two electric guitars, two singers (including me when I was bored) and a drummer. The amplifiers worked great, the whole neighbourhood could hear the music, and they were playing songs by Nirvana, and some weird spanish christian ska. We got back to the station just in time to meet all my friends after school, and then I went home.

Gah, the Literacy test is such a pain in the elbow... (for all you in Ontario CAN know what I'm talking about.) I put all of my effort into it, then the rest of the day I was tired, but I really think my english skills improved. I still don't know whether or not everyone had the same booklet questions.
