Chapter 1 (part 2)
Elspeth ran down to the dining room to thank Aunt Pelun. But when she saw her, she was dead. Elspeth was filled with dread. Suddenly, she had a flashback of when her mother died. A person was letting out something purple, suffocating her mother. Then, the witch said some unknown words, and a little Elspeth showed up, crying, as the person dissapeared. That vision, but that's not how my mother died! She died in war! "What kind of curse is this?" She asked herself. Elspeth ran to her room in desperate hope that she was still alive. She layed down on her bed, crying herself to sleep.
