Ok...the last time I have been to Disney anything was 10 years ago when I was 7. That was only because it was some family workers day and on my dad's side of the family, his sister's husband was the guy who wen around dressed as Goofy.
So now here I am...a Senior in high school and I sign up for a trip to the Halloween Horror Nights with kids from the Drama program at my school. That trip was last night, we left at 12:30 ate a Joes Crab Shack in Orlando then went to the park. And OMG!!! Was it awesome!!!
My group and I did all of the haunted houses (Dead Silence, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Psychoscareapy, Vampyr, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday the 13th, Jack Funhouse, ans The Thing). Not a one did I scream. My group called the houses twisted...I called then hilarious. Vampyr wasn't scary at all...You walked in and it starts with vampire chicks in cages dancing very sexy like to techno music. Jason's house (Friday the 13th) was actually not even funny. I walked through and it wasn't even interesting, not to me anyways. Psychoscareapy was the same way, but was done a little better in the action of its actors. Fraddy's house (Nightmare on Elm Street) I thought was awesome! They had great actors. I had asked one of the Freddy's if I could have his child and he laughed and said "Sure!" But then a girl in my group screamed and pulled me away...lol! The same was for Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre). I never did get a reply from him after asking him the same thing I asked Freddy. The Thing was neat but not the best. It was like your average household of mutaded freaks with strange demented ideas to murder and infect you... Jacks Funhouse was awesome too! We were given 3-D glasses (which we were allowed to keep) and go through a house of clowns. Everything was ofcourse black except for the neon colored pictures and sets. The clowns weren't scary either. I laughed and spoke french to them all. (Clowns originated in French fairs and were called 'harlequin' which is French for 'clown') Of course they had no damn clue what I was saying...
We did alot of the rides to (Jaws, M.I.B., Twister, Jimmy Neutron, Shrek, Revenge of the Mummy, and Earthquake) They were all cool. I wanted to see the shows too (Jacks Carnival of Carnage, Rocky Horror Picture Show Tribute, Freak Show, and Bill and Teds Excellent Halloween Adventure) But thanks to this evil girl in my group didn't want to see them and was more interested in trying to pick up guys for a one night stand that me and two other girls were forced to stay with her (we weren't allowed to split the groups). Because of her we missed all of the shows. Ontop of that, once she did find guys to mess with, one was trying to hit on me even after I had told him I was dating. So that pissed me off...
Neways...overall I loved it though! Except for the the girl and her other friend and those damn guys! I had to call my b/f to get him to calm me down to keep from killing them...
