Miss Francine Fenn- Cedd’s other friend and teacher. When Cedd is wrongly accused of killing the old librarian, it may be up to Miss Fenn to clear her name.

Reginald Claudius- He is a new resident in the village. He is a very strange man, about 55 years old. He very rarely leaves his house and when he does, he doesn’t speak without covering his face or looking away. He has had his eye on the old librarian since he moved in.
