Human Form
Weapons: two katanas, assault rifle, pistol, kunais, shuriken, combat knife, ANBU armor, all of his jutsu, and his sharingan.
Pros: In this form he can use any attack, light or dark. He has good speed and strength as well.
Cons: He is weak to a lot of different things and can't really defend himself against any spiritual forms. Also he has a limit on his sharingan and if he overuses it he is temporarily blinded and collapses.
Angel Form
Weapons: Two wing swords (One shown in picture), any light jutsu, and wings.
Pros: He can fly because of his new angel wings. His wings can create a shield around him, blocking almost any attack.
New Attacks: His Mangekyo sharingan recives many upgrades. One of the best things is he creates a land similar to heaven in which it increases angel powers 100 fold and does the opposite to demons.
Cons: This form drains Itachi's chakra significantly and leaves him weakened to other forms.
Demon Form
Weapons: 2 swords made of black flames that can cut through almost anything, he can grow wings and use them as a shield, razor sharp tail, and all dark jutsu.
New Attacks: In this form he has a last resort move in which he ties his opponent's soul and his own together and then kills himself and his opponent. He can also summon an army of arch-demons to attack his enemy.
Pros: His power is increased 100 fold and gains many new powers in this form. He also has no limit to his sharingan use.
Cons: In this stage he has no control over his actions and satan has a hold over him. He is completley ruthless and shows no emotion or mercy, even to his best friends. The bittersweet thing about this form is that it only lasts for 20 minutes.
Death Form
Weapons: Scythe, and some of his bones can be detached and used as swords.
New Attacks: In this form he can use his death clock attack in which his hourglass is tied to his opponents time and after the sand is drained, he absorbs ther soul. He can also drain chakra from others.
Pros: His speed increases greatly and has an infinite supply of chakra. His genjutsu powers are increased greatly as well.
Cons: His strength decreases greatly since he is all bone. Also he cannot maintain this form long making the death clock attack especially hard.
