I try looking at the past,
But I can't remember,
The days that went by so fast.
The ones filled with happiness.
I look towards the future,
but who knows what will happen.
I try to predict it, but who knows for sure.
The fear of the unknown.
I can see the present,
soon to be the future and the past.
Every minute is pleasant,
The minutes to remember.
Yet one can't exist without the other,
You can't tell when one ends and another begins.
They always stand together.
As life pasts through from one to the other.
