Unfortunately my contract at Gaia has come to an end; this Friday March 1st will be my last day in my current position. I've had a lot of both fun and hair-tearing moments in my time as part of Gaia's staff, first as a mod and then as an admin, and I wouldn't change it for anything. I don't consider this the "end", as Gaia will always be a huge part of me, and Kenny is still chugging away at events (the Easter and Summer events will be awesome!) so it's definitely not "it" for me. Who knows what new opportunities will arise and what may happen though. I could always re-join the mod team or help out elsewhere, I haven't decided! Regardless, this will be the first time my username will be going back to being black in almost 5 years, and it's pretty nerve-wracking.

In the mean time, I will be trying to focus a bit on building up my design skills and working on my jewelry business a bit more. I'm hoping to branch out beyond origami/paper to more accessible jewelry and accessories, and even maybe some cutesy things like polymer clay charms and stuff. I've even got a few Gaia designs in mind that I've received permission to sell, so be on the look out for those!
