A record of my entries and feedback from Bibi-chan's Ultimate Paw Contest for my non-paw friends' viewing pleasure.
This is multi-round non-elimination contest where contestants collect points earned per round. Each round has a theme.
BB's Point System:
* Each contestant will start this competition out with a total of ten points.
* You will earn or lose points based on your performance.
* You may not go below -20 points, else you will be disqualified.
* Each week the [1st, 2nd, 3rd place] winners will receive 30, 20, and 10 points respectively.
Round 1: Companions
Design an avatar around you and a companion!
This can include pets, SD dolls, plushies, etc.
Anything that looks like a companion!
There aren't too many of those for paws, so this theme will need some creativity!
Helpful hints:
Are you walking your pet?
Sitting at home with you favorite doll?
Or talking with a friend?

This was an excellent entry. Very creative and unique. The colors also blended quite well. Still, I feel as if it might be missing something, though I'm not sure what...

Round 2: Superpowers
Create an avi that portrays what your paw REALLY is.
(MUST BE AN OC, no cosplay!)
Bonus 5 points to any who can use one of these items skillfully- Rear Ribbons, Painted Spirit.
Also, this week we will include community voting!
I'll combine the polls score with the judges thoughts to create final scores.

A very unique use of colors!
I'm not quite sure I can fully appreciate this entry, since I can't pin point what it represents, or what powers are being used. Although, I did give points for your creative use of the wolf fur! It looks like blood or a cut.

Sad that no judge got the sci-fi /cyber chick vibe. I really like how the face layering turned out with the wolf fur though.
Round 3: Speech Bubbles
Create an avi that uses speech bubbles in an effective way.
(You can use speech OR picture bubbles, either will do.)
Also, this week we will include a risk round!
Remember, risk rounds are voluntary, and will be separate from this week's regular entries.
For this round, create and avi using [animal] sword mood bubble. (you can combine this with other bubbles)
One winner will earn 25 points during this week's judging, while the rest will lose 10.
*This is not allowed to be the same avi as the entry sent in for the regular theme.
*Remember to label your PM for either risk round or normal theme!

I liked all of the colors used here. Everything flowed very well in this entry. It was also a unique take on using bubbles. However, I don't think that it flowed the best. I'm not sure why, but I think the avi overshadowed the actually key item, which was the mood bubble. Like, you noticed the bubble as a second thought, almost as if it was something extra added.

This one is so creative and impressive! My only complaint would be about the background effects.
Yes, they match, but I feel as if it takes away from the avatar in some way. Still an amazing entry though!
