Drink of my will
If only a gentle taste
From the pot of hematite and silver
Glistening against the walls
The pattern so drawn out
So cut and clear
Yet hard to see with salt- clustered eyes
A shape would form
Gleaming and brilliant
Curved and beautiful
Like man's view of a forlorn goddess
"See me as you will."
A hushed whisper did blossom
Caressing with liquid shadows
Where no hand should touch
A living sculpture
Silvery patterns scorch the walls
A white glistening fire
Feel of my will
If only for a moment
With one foot placed upon the ground
Whole yet incomplete
With shoulders grown suddenly heavy
Like a hand of stone
The earth did touch the flame
To mold into place
A pair of jade wings
