Skin: very light, but not pale (She doesn't try to stay out of sunlight, she just doesn't get any color in the sun)
Hair: long straight thin light brown hair that stops about mid-back. She usually has her hair pulled back in a ponytail. Her bangs are cut so they touch just at her cheek bone, but she keeps them parted out of her face with some thin clips. Her bangs part in the middle of her face maybe slightly to either side. She lets a bit of her long hair out on either side to frame her face.
Eyes: Dark green, slightly hooded, wide set.

Clothing: She is often seen in a dark loose hoodie and loose jeans. The hoodie doesn't fit at all, it originally belonged to a guy she hung out with and she took it since it was cold out and hasn't had the chance to give it back yet. She'll sometimes wear skirts and the like, but never anything that could be considered stylish, since most of her clothes are hand-me-downs and re-sale shop buys.

Personality: Comes off as quite and studious, even mysterious at times, but she is actually a very cynical person. She looks down on most of the people around her. She is dissatisfied with life, but doesn't try to change any part of it since she hates conflict. She loves showing off and putting herself in dangerous situations just to feel the rush. She can easily adapt to others personality if need be. She hates relying on others.
Past: Chloe's mother was fairly young when she got pregnant with her and Chloe ended up being raised by her grandmother until she was seven. Her grandmother became angry that her daughter would not only become pregnant so young but also left the child with her while she went off to do whatever it was that she did with her life and didn't even try to contact them for years.
Chloe spent much of this time reading and imagining adventure for herself. She was happy in her naivety of what was going on around her.
