DEPRESSION, SUICIDE AND HURTING OTHERS?
I read the news today and yes it was sad! How could a young person let their life become so sad as to take the lives of several people at his school and then take his own life? What is the purpose in that?
A lot of people on this website are into Black and Goth and Death. Why? Because everyone loves to be depressed? Does it really feel that good to be depressed? I don't think so. If you think you have a bad life, you should take a walk in down town Los Angeles and see the stinky, smelling homeless people covered in filth; or take a trip to Africa and see the children with skin stretched over bones because they have no food. You don't believe it because it's just a picture on a magazine or in a newspaper to you, but it is REAL those children are REAL.
If you have parents who don't care and don't give you enough time, then GO TO CHURCH! There are people at Church who care and will give you all the time you need. You don't have to dress in black and have a bad attitude and cut on yourself and then start drawing pictures of death, and then start hurting other people. You have a CHOICE and when you CHOOSE to become that person, then at that point it is no one's fault but your own that your life sucks. We used to dress in black to be cool. Now everyone does it to have a Depression Party. Sorry guys, at that point it's not cool anymore.
That guy that shot everyone at school didn't have to do what he did, he CHOSE to do it, no one forced him. That is what a lot of young people don't seem to understand nowadays, because even our parents try to make excuses for us. Sometimes they make excuses for us faster than we can come up with one ourselves. Well I have something to tell you, our parents are not helping us out by making up excuses for us, they are teaching us to pass the blame instead of live up to our responsibilities.

WHAT IS A GOOD FRIEND?
A good friend is wonderful and rare,
Which creates in your heart a deep well of love and care.
A good friend emits a certain type of grace,
Which creates in your heart for them a place.
A good friend is always there for you,
Especially when your life seems blue.
A good friend helps you when you are down,
And with their tender love they wipe away your frown.
A good friend will tell you their worst jokes,
Just to make you laugh and bring back your hopes.
A good friend is willing to run an extra mile,
Just to look at your face and see you smile.
Good friends are very, very special and rare,
And they deserve respect and very special care.
I wrote this poem myself and wanted to share it with all my friends.
