So. My boyfriend isn't at the work center. He wasn't able to go... Well, that's not true. He went, and he was able to come home for 2 hours and spend some time with me and the baby. But when I took him back to the work center, and they said that he had to go back to the jail. Which really sucked!! See. There is a drug charge on him, that no one knew about until he went to the work center that day. Technically, they never should have let him go at all. Anyways. There is a drug charge on him, and it shouldn't be. See. He was not holding ANYTHING. There was NOTHING on him. Just a few of the other people. And now they are trying to get him for SMELLING like pot. So. He has to spend the rest of his 3 months for child support at the jail, instead of at the work center. Then the other county, where the drug charge is from, will set up his hearing. It will most likely be dropped, but still. WHY SHOULD HE HAVE TO BE PUNISHED FOR SOMETHING THAT HE DIDN'T DO? I don't get it.
