ever get the feeling
that the whole world has turnned its back on you?
ever feel like the world would be better
if you weren't in it?
ever just want to drop dead
because you cant find any other way
out of the s**t hole you've found yourself in?
ever just want to drop off the face of the earth
to escape whatever or whoever
is causeing your heart to ache?
unfortunatly
that will never happen
you have to put up with the loads of s**t
that people put you through
for being different,
for loving someone
that really cares about you
but its not society's idea of love
so they put you down.
you get s**t for looking different
when everyone is striving for non conformity
and they find it in you
and they tease you about it,
because YOU'RE DIFFERENT,
becasue
THERE IS NO ONE ELSE
OUT THERE
IN THE WORLD
WHO IS LIKE YOU,
because YOU ARE THE FACE OF NON CONFORMITY
they laugh,
and talk about you behind your back
when all you ever tried to do
was love them,
be their friend
and care for them.
someone who laughs at you
for being different
is no one at all
they are laughing at themselves
because they are the ones
that follow society
and its mind numbing ways
til they reach the point
where they can't think for themselves anymore
society is now their brains
it tells them
how to dress
what music to listen to
what THEIR IDEA OF BEAUTY IS
dont be afraid to be YOU
just because people laugh
and talk s**t
doesn't mean you have to put up with it
or put yourself through the feeling
of being a worthless piece of trash
because YOU ARE NOT!
you are beautiful just for who you are
and not because of what society thinks of you.
if you love someone of the same sex
good for you, im glad you've found love
if you were born with some sort of disorder
good for you, YOU ARE DIFFERENT!
LOVE YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU ARE
and not for who you're not!
me i'd rather be hated for who i am
than be loved for who im not!
remember these words
when people try and tear you down
dont let them win!
LOVE YOU FOR YOU!
and eventually someone will
love you for that too.
