I was looking through my old journals... Stumbled across the one summarizing my Summer '06 trip to Orlando... Reading it now, it's funny how much I worshiped mah boys (shhh, they don't know that part yet XD) then, because they've been better every time I've seen them... Orange Avenue, you know. OA. I feel they deserve another rant, but... I got home from my latest trip to visit them a bit more than 3 weeks ago, so the trip itself is a little fuzzy (dear Lord, this summer is ending too quickly - senior year is so much DO NOT WANT crying )... I do still love my boys though. This year's wave of obsession has lasted much longer than in previous years, too... But there's good reason for that. This good reason merits a new paragraph!

So, OA is still fairly small. Lots of fans, but they're still a local Florida band. So they've got a Street Team, to work on fixing this, and getting the guys out to the masses. Mostly on MySpace, 'cause the guy who runs the Orange Army is apparently more comfortable on there or something... And my mom was talking to him, and volunteered me to help him get the guys out on Facebook. So... He emailed me, and now, I'm building up the street team on Facebook! Which, in my mind, makes me a part of the Street Team way more officially than just saying how much I adore those guys. And if they make it big, who knows, maybe they'll remember me! Maybe it's wishful thinking, but they might already, a bit. Mostly 'cause I'm that weird kid who can't talk around them and just kinda... Smiles and looks like an idiot. So if they do remember me thanks to the Street Team thing, I'm hoping it'll be in a... Better light, I guess.

Anyway... I just felt like sharing. Mostly 'cause I'm excited, and also, I haven't posted anything in a while... But seeing as I'm part of the Street Team, maybe-haps I should post some links, so anyone who stumbles upon this can see why OA is so very amazing in my eyes!
