I used to think

Life was black and white

If I searched hard enough

I'd find what was right



Life was a road

not always clear

but I could make it

if I ignored my fear



But now I'm afraid

of what I will be

because life's not a road

it's the the sea



Ever-changing and foggy

scary and unclear

I'm letting myself

be ruled by my fear



Confused and scared

I'm on my own

How can I live

all ALONE
