Ranting, again. because facebook is no longer safe...
so i was supposed to hang out with my friend today when i got out of class because i finally had the time and wasn't stuck in front of a computer or in a library working on a paper for my history class.
she texts me in the morning at 1030 to ask me if i was still coming over and i confirmed i was. she later texts me, during class (my phone was on silent so i wasn't disturbing anyone) to tell me that her mom was "making" her do something that was related to her mother's job. (my first thought was bullshit, and that her boyfriend probably called, and that was soooooooooo much more important)
i didn't look at my texts until i was on the bus to her place. i ended up getting off the bus, and walking back to the university because i was not going to sit around at the mall for 3 hours waiting for my mom to get there after work to go home.
when i texted her to tell her ok well fine, we'll hang out later before i have to start studying for exams, she tells me, oh it'll only take 15 minutes, tops.
my bus ride to her place from the university takes 45! her and her mom could have gone, done what they had to and been back before i even got there! by that time i was on the train to downtown to meet my mom at work and kill time in the office kitchen.
Im really stupidly tired of my "friend" blowing me off with the lamest excuses. the last time she asked me to hang out with her when i was done class. she didn't tell me that she was half way to her boyfriend's house until i was at the mall waiting for her, because she "like totally forgot" about me.
How the heck do you forget you're hanging out with someone when you talk to them confirming that you're gonna hangout with them, and when you get out of class and what time are you going to be there? (which happens to never change because i get out of class at the same time everyday, and take the same bus to the mall, but she never fails to ask no matter how many times i freaking tell her!!!!) GRAAAHHHH!!!!!! sometimes i wish that i had a smarter friend.
She asked me to hang out with her Monday, which will probably be my last free day until im done final exams, because im lame and want lots of time to study. i wonder if i will get another lame a** excuse like today. my head might explode and i may say things that are mean and could ruin the mockery of what is out friendship.
