Two weeks ago we had to give our two puppies to one of my older brothers. His name is Dan. Why you ask? Well I became allergic to them. And no matter what I did my allergies wouldn't stop unless I left the house for work. Dan agreed to take the dogs because he had two of his own. After I got out of work we took the dogs to his house. We spent our last few moments with them because my allergies kicked in. After that I never saw my beloved puppy Angel.
You see Angel was my puppy. She was a yellow lab with strawberry blonde fur. She was the oldest of her litter. The rest of her brothers and sisters were chocolate or black colored. Angel was the only yellow puppy. She was dear to me. She was the only one in my house that understood how I felt and would always cheer me up.
The other puppy was a black lab. Her name was Abby. She was Angel's little sister. Abby belonged to my little brother, Michael. She was always finding herself in trouble. Especially with her sister.
Well last week Dan called. Apparently where he lived there was a limit on how many dogs you could own. The limit was three. And he had already had two dogs to begin with. So we had to find new homes for our dear puppies. Angel went to stay with my sister, Kristen, and her family while Abby went to my other brother, Dennis.
I haven't seen Angel since we took her to Dan's house. My work has been keeping me busy along with my schoolwork. I miss my puppy a lot. When my parents went to check up on Angel they said she always looked so happy to see them. But I haven't seen her and I miss her a lot.
This weekend we're planning on stopping at my sister's house to see Angel. But for now I must wait for a little more than a day to do that. So here I sit sadly waiting until Saturday arrives.
