"Where I'm From"
I am from my small, peasceful community.
I am from deep thought and hard effort.
I am from the comfort of my home.
I am from the stage from where I learned art of expression and exploration of one's inner self.
I am from the annual blossoms in my garden which show rebirth each year and give me a sense of renewal.
I am from the belief that knowledge is power, the power to affect my future.
I am from the museum, the house of memories and scars that remind me of the strenghts and weaknesses that are part of my human nature.
I am from all of the experience, both positive and negative, that have happened in my life.
I am from the battlefield where my ancestors have fought for their beliefs and values which make this country as great as it is today.
I am from my country's great forests where I can find peace, the shores, from where I appreciate the vastness and power of the space ship which I travel the universe.
