stressed One of my biggest pet-peeve about forums of all types are signatures. People do amaizing job abusing them. I really ******** HATE huge signatures. I got fast connection and no problems loading pics and all that jazz but I still don't god damn want to see about 90% of the completely useless CRAP people put in their signatures.
I hate the fact that Gaia online has only 500x500 pixel limit to the signature size. It should be 300x300 max and people would still prolly do their best putting annoying, flashy, blinking, epileptic and useless s**t there.
Signature is supposed to be a signature, not a bloody webpage. You see the signatures in forum posts, forum posts that mostly consist on text usually. It breaks the flow of the page when there's countless amounts of junk between each post.
And I'm using a rather large resolution. I shudder to think how signatures look in smaller resolutions, they take up over half the bloody page.
It looks awful.

LEAVE OUR SIGGY'S ALONE!! (BOOYAH, 3000+ SIGNATURES!!) 225 characters is plenty enough for the size limit. Sure, it can be a little troublesome if you want to include several links in the sig, even if you keep the sig size small but I'm not bothered by that loss since more characters also would mean thsat people could stick even more junk to their sig. Yes, even within the 500x500 pixel limit, there would be more annoying animations, more annoying junk that you really really really couldn't care less about.
