The MS Paint costs a lot because it's pretty hard to do >.<;; So it MAY take a while, depending on which kind of pic you want and how difficult it is.
New! openCanvas option! I downloaded openCanvas the other day, so woot. It's easier than MS Paint, and a LOT faster, so it's cheaper! Yay!
I will give you a price estimate before you pay, and you don't have to pay until you get the picture and are satisfied with it.
