After Kyo was allowed to leave the hospital, Ayu had explained that Kyo and Jecki would now be living with her and Ryuu. "How are you? Feeling okay?" Ayu asked Kyo, Jecki was off trying to find Akari and Ryuu. He had seemed to fit in well with everyone and he wanted to go and hang out with them. Kyo stared over at Ayu, a slight smile on his face. "Thank you, Ayu. We won't be staying long though. We'll find somewhere we can stay." Kyo promised her, not wanting to be too much of a needer.
Ayu and Kyo started their walk to Ayu and Ryuu's house. When Ayu opened the door she saw Ryuu and Akari sitting on the couch. Jecki was sitting on top of the kitchen counter. "Uh..Jecki? You may be part cat...but you don't need to sit on the counters. You sit on the couches, chairs, beds or the floor." Ayu instructed, politely, smiling. Kyo shook his head, he was used to it. Akari smiled brightly. "I'm glad your okay, Kyo. Me and Ryuu were both worried. Ayu stayed by your side all day and night till you got better." Akari told Kyo, they had all became good friends even over the short span.
There was a knock on the door and it made Ayu jump, she stood from the couch and moved over to the door. Everyone turned their heads wondering who it could be. Ayu opened the door a slight crack and noticed Kobatori. "Kobatori?" She said with much surprise in her voice. Ryuu glared over at the door, standing quickly but feeling a giant tug at his shirt. Akari gave Ryuu a look and it made him sit down faster than he had gotten up.
Ayu left the house and stood on the front porch with Kobatori, she stared at him with cold black eyes. "Speak."
