Electromagnetic Manipulation.
Leon can create and manipulate electromagnetism
Electricity absorption
Leon absorb electrical energy and storing the energy within himself, and use it for later use. Leon however, is sadly at the mercy of uncontrolled electrical absorption if he does not have a Metal Object in hand to act as a lightning rod. Doing so, would prevent a lot of physical damage that could be done to Leon’s nerves, and can also pervert burns and melting of his skin. If he stores too much electricity, it’ll began to leak from his body, causing damage to his skin and burning it quite badly, the more the burns pile up, the harder it is for Leon to actually play his guitar, and eventually unable to gather electricity safely altogether. However Electrical energy also acts as his life force, If he completely runs out he’ll be literally tapping into his own internal energy and each attack will literally begin to harm him, leading to dizziness, fatigue, and eventually passing out. He’ll need to recharge by either eating large quantities of food, Charging in a Electro-pod, or simply absorbing a large quantity of electricity all at once.
Electromagnetic Constructs.
Leon can turn Electromagnetism into tools, objects, weapons and other items. However he does indeed have his limits. Due to the dangers of summoning large quantities of electricity at a time, creative a semi living construct is a near impossibility. It can still technically be done but not without damaging Leon himself. Instead, Leon uses it to create on the fly weaponry like an electric based Kata, Magnetic restraints to hold down possibly opposition, Or any small weaponry that can be needed on the fly. However, if it is a weapon he only has one turn to use it, and after he does use it he has to wait a moment (Three Turns.) To do it again, Restraints can last as long as said restraint is connected to a metallic source. Otherwise it also has a two turn limit.
Electromagnetic attacks.
Leon of course can release electromagnetism to attack in various ways. However, exerting High level of electricity can cause serious harm to him, almost akin to him absorbing electricity itself. However, with any Metallic objects (His Guitar for example.) He can use it with no adverse side effects to his body. By doing so he can use his guitar to point the direction of the electricity in the direction of use, from this point he can perform a variety of electromagnetic based attacks. Leon must recharge before he can use another attack based on either his electromagnetic or his Sonokinetic abilities. The time it takes to charge varies depends on move and the output of said attack.
Scatter Triad
When playing a Three note Power chord A Triad A Short burst of electricity will begin in a straight arch, but will immediately scatter into multiple arcs, while it is low on damage output it has quite a wide range covering about 40 fee in terms of width.
Recharge time: Two Turns.
Vibrato Bolt
When a two note power chord is used, A burst of electricity will emit from the headstock in a direct arc, From here Leon can bend the strings of the guitar slightly altering the direction of the bolt itself. While this single attack doesn’t cover a lot of ground being hit by it can cause a fair amount of damage from a concussive force, can also cause burns to the target if the bolt was fired at close range instead of from far distances.
Recharge time: Two Turns.
Coil Tapper
Leon can transfer his energy into any weapon and infuse it with electrical properties. While said weapon is electrified, it is also worth noting that it is affected by the same thing that Leon is himself, The recharge time is still valid even when another weapon that isn’t his own is tapped. One must be careful if the weapon is high tech or computer controlled, due to the nature of the ability, it can cause electronics to short circuit and frit out. The effect of The Electrical energy can caused heavy Electric damage on impact and also electrical burns, it however does not paralyze or in any way freezes up the opposition.
Recharge time: Two turns (Four if It’s a fellow electricity user.)
Electric Slide
This has to be done while Leon himself is running, From here he can gather whatever electricity that is surrounding the area. From there he would go onto his knees and slide across the floor, releasing the electricity, blasting anything in a ten foot radius back away from the user, and also causing small electrical explosions akin to fireworks in the same area, The firework size however increases as the electricity scatters from place to place. However, the scattering of the electrical explosions are completely random and can lead to Leon himself getting hit by the explosions. For this reason alone, the move is mostly used as a clearance if he himself is swarmed by multiple opponents.
Pipe bomb
One of the few non Guitar based abilities and also one of the few that mixes in with his Sound Manipulation as well. Leon gathers the electricity, creating a volatile electric ball with similar properties to that of a grename. This Electrical based bomb, can be activated in a variety of ways.
By sound: Either by his voice or the sound of another.
By Proximity: By detecting the movement of the user Via sound based action.
By Force: Leon also has a more dangerous method of using the pipe bomb. Instead of throwing it, he keeps it in his hand and can use it in his punches. The Punches themselves will ignite the grenade causing the grenade to explode doing Physical damage alongside with the damage noted below. However, since the electricity is being kept in his hands like his opponent he can suffer from first degree electrical burns. Also instead of punching them, he can also grab them with the grenade in hand, and explode it that way, However this forgo’s the physical damage.
The explosion would cause a small concussive force that would instantly blast them away from the projected area with the range of the sound/electric based attack covering about 30 feet of area. The damage that the actual grenade can cause is minimum, but if the victim is in the middle of the blast, it can cause 1st degree burns.
Gemini Laser.
Gemini Laser is activated when Leon strums his guitar and mutes the note. By strumming the guitar, an electric bolt is generated. When the strummed note is muted, the bolt will fire from the guitar at a designated target. These bolts can be rebounded off of walls and objects. The bolt begins as a large bolt and reduces in size, strength and speed each time it rebounds off of an object. The bolt has three size categories, going from large, to medium, to small, and can rebound a maximum of three times before it dissipates. The move can be stacked, However the size of the bolts reduces with each stack, they are also smaller because of the power needed to generate the laser. For Example: Two Lasers, will only bounce twice and will be nearly half as small, and THREE Lasers will only bounce once and will be nearly 1/3rd of the size.
(In) Pieces.
Leon attracts small sharp metal chips onto his guitar or his fist. If the opposition is hit by either or during the time that the shrapnel is embedded into the guitar or his fist, the shrapnel would stick onto the opponent. On top of this Leon can also electrify said Shrapnel which can also electrocute the attacker, While the shrapnel will be stuck into the user preventing bleeding from the outside, that will not stop actual blood flow and will actually have the blood flow literally inside of the body cavity.
Travel use
With the use of of static electricity, Leon can scale any wall or ceiling on his choosing. If he slides down a wall he actually charged a heap of electricity due to the gathering of said static electricity, for which it is mostly used for, due to it’s low power output as well, it is quite safe to use and can also be used for prolonged periods of time. Another ways he uses Electricity is to generate electricity from under him, generating a boost that can launch him into the air. Sadly, being a meatbag he is still under the effect of gravity, without a safe way to land to the ground he can harm himself if he falls at high speeds. That is unless he propels himself using the same electrical force, while it’s not exactly flight as he is still falling toward the ground, he can glide using a electromagnetic repulsion field to slowly float to the ground.
