UI Sonaric BI 3x: The gun is a gun that uses sound beams as a weapon. In its infrasound setting, the gun can cause internal organ’s to explode, when concentrated. In the Ultrasound setting, the gun can cause body tissues to melt. In the normal sound setting, the gun blasts concentrated sound. It is equipped with a bionic implant sensor, and no trigger, so only Shadow can fire it, and it fires within a trillionth of a second of him having thought about it.

Two 12" Long Knives: They hang in twin black sheaths at his belt.

His Voice: Is enhanced with Sonokinesis, his most often used and deadly weapon.

Appearance: His skin is tanned to the point of him looking hispanic. He's actually white; however that term hardly fits him, because of the extensive tan. His dark skin contrasts brilliantly with the white tuxedo he wears at all times, except when he's sleeping. When he's sleeping he wears white silk pajamas. Anyways, I'll make this easier to read:

Personality:
Essentially the care-free ladies man, never very serious. Jokes all the time, but is meticulously clean about his clothing. Not a speck on it, any of it.

Short bio: One of the younger agents in the organization, Joshua is a bit eager to act, even in the cause of good. He knows little of his past, only that there is a veritable fortune of money in his name. He uses this to fund many of the organization's efforts.

Dark Tan Skin. Very Tan.
Black Hair, in long Dreadlocks.
Eyes Covered in Black Sunglasses as much as possible, (but I don’t want huge sunglasses. They need to look sleek.)
White Tuxedo, jacket and pants
White Dress Shirt, top button or two not buttoned.

Tall, about 6'1"
Built athletically, little fat. Not a ton of muscles, either.

White iPod earbuds coming out of right pocket. In both ears.
Sunglasses need to be extremely dark, but not large or bulky, as explained above.

Black dress belt, might not be visible, but two short knive sheaths and a holster should be. (Maybe just parts of those, I dunno. Whatever looks good.)
He should look like he’s humming, singing, or talking.
