"I have something I want to tell you Kagome. I haven't been so sure of how you'd take it, but I can't go on not knowing!" Sasuke looked her in the eyes. "I love you!" He blushed.
Kagome smiled happily. "I love you too, Sasuke!" Kagome kissed him softly.
"I wanna ring! Ring! Riiiing!" Sasuke whispered.
Kagome was confused. Then, she slowly relized she was waking up. Another stupid day was on its way. And her phone was ringing. She sat up and answered with a gruged "Hello?"
She untwisted the sheets around her ankles and wiped sweat from her face.
"Oh, Kagome! I thought you were awake!" Sango spoke quickly.
"I am now. I had the strangest dream... I loved Sasuke!" Kagome was making cross-eyed faces at the mirror.
"Thats not good." Sango smirked. "Well...you two have been friends nearly as long as we have!"
"Yeah...well...I have to get ready for school. Whats up?" Kagome asked.
"We've got a new student. It's --drumroll please!-- Inuyasha!" Sango clapped.
"Who?" Kagome asked, confused.
"Actually...I don't know. I just read his record. He was kicked from his old school for fighting with the preppy cheerleader's boyfriend's friend's girlfriend's brother. So, he seemed kool. And he wears mainlly black. And he's from New York." Sango explained.
"You thinking what I'm thinking?" Kagome asked, excited.
"Our new recruit?!" Sango answered.
"Yes! And he sounds great!" Kagome said, silently thanking her best friend.
Every year, the Punks accepted a new member. Almost everyone wanted to be a member of the title knitted group that was 'the punks.' All too popular, the preps did the same. Having half the school trying to join each, it was hard choosing. 'the punks' and 'the preps' tried to be 'fair.' All they wanted to do was prove each other wrong and loose 'the titles'
"Oh, and look nice. He's a hottie." Sango declared, grinning. She knew exactly what her friend would wear.
"Well gotta go." Kagome sighed.
"Okay, me to you?" Sango asked, meaning she'd go to Kagome's room.
"Yeah." Kagome heard Sango click off her cell phone as the door swung open.
She quickly changed her clothes::

Applying some purple lip gloss and gray eyeshadow, she headed downstairs.
Running a brush through her hair, Kagome smiled at her own reflection.
"Girl, you ready yet?" Sango appeared behind Kagome in the mirror.

"Hmmm... a little too bright, don't you think?" Sango frowned sadly.
Kagome grinned. "I know...but i couldn't find anything else! Way to make a girl feel better!"
Sango laughed as she and Kagome headed to school, anticapating what the new day would bring.
