gah! i miss that boy sooo much! it not fair. i almost never see him. next week is my birthday party and that will most likely be the next time i do see him. i got to hang out with him and my parents last week when we went bowling.... and now im pretty sure my father has permenately scared him for life. *shakes head* oh well....

baby boy, i love you!!

yeah last week were drumline auditions and i made it!! oh yeah! for those of you who care; i'm playing 1st bass which is great.... so yeah two years ago, as in the 2004-2005 scool year (i was in the seventh grade) we got a new band director. his name is mr. brian t. grant and he's the best ever!! but anyways, two years ago was the first time in my school's history that the marching band ever made it to state competition. and we came in 6th place!! and this past year was obviously only the second time we've ever been to state and we won!! hell's yeah... 1st place!! so i guess that's really saying something about mr. grant. how he turned us from a really bad friday-night-band into the state champions that we are now!! its great really. this past winter was also the second time ever that the band had an indoor drumline. and we came 1st place in that too. and that's not just here in the state, that is from all over the region: virginia, north carolina, south carolina, tennesee, georgia, and florida. yeah we rock.... so now, this year the band is competing in the bands of america (BOA) competion. that's this october in st. petersburg, florida. now BOA is marching bands from all over the country. really big bands that are really good. really. now, my band is not that big (last year we only had 99 members including color guard) but we're apparently really good.....
yeah, we're gonna get our butts kicked!! oh well. it'll be a great trip.



tomarrow is my last day of jr. high school. and let me tell you; i'm not going to miss it at all!!!!
