It hasn't yet occurred to me that I'm now on my summer holidays. The summer exams... Meh. I didn't really notice. They were just sort of - er - there, for about a week. Then suddenly weren't. Then, huh! What do ya know! I don't have to go to school tomorrow! Or the day after? Really? Oh my! For the next three months??
Jesus. I seriously question my extreme inadeptness at figuring out time, sometimes. I could look at my watch and not tell you what time it is, I'm that bad.*
*By this, I don't imply that I don't actually know how to tell the time, more that I have trouble figuring out what is meant by these hands pointing in these particular directions.

It was such a fantastic day! For one thing, I GOT A FRICKEN' LAPTOP! Oh, how I love it! I mean yes, it's kind of blank at the moment, of course that matters not, seeing as I spent the whole day installing everything that will effectively make it exactly the same as our desktop. Hmm.
ALSO.
I got a nintendo DS. No, I am not a spoilt brat (It was my 18th! You get fancy things like laptops for 18ths!) seeing as I bought it with all the acumilated birthday money that I had gotten. Even better, it came free with Pokemon Dungeon! My, how I love attempting to retain my child hood...

Right. Well. If you know me, you might know that I'm not a very academic person. That could even be highlighted with the way that I made 1 grammar and 2 spelling mistakes in the first sentence of this post, but never mind that. I sprang from 4th to 5th year recently, (recent being 6 months) and suddenly, I get bombarded with all these horrific after school grinds, classes, torture sessions, etc... Suddenly my life has become completely overtaken by SCHOOL. Today, Saturday, I wasn't able to see my best friend, who, in turn, I haven't seen for a whole week, because we both had out-of-school classes.
I pray that a magical stop-watch will be invented that can give me the time (oh, blessed time!!) to finish the droll 8 hours that I spend in that place, get some ""study"" done, go to all my extra classes, meet up with my friends (not that i wouldn't constantly be texting them during the school day, but never mind that...) maybe draw a little, go on the internet and so on.
Aaaah... If only we lived in a dream world where clocks had never been invented. Yes. I think time itself should be abolished; after all, time doesn't physically exist, but is a mere theory invented by someone that dear old Mrs. O absolutely loathes.

Today, I sat myself down at my new desk, and for the first time in 2 years, I studied and did all my homework.
Amazing, I know, but true. I feel so clean after it! I'm secure in the knowledge that not a single teacher has reason to be angry/disappointed in me tomorrow!
I am positively convinced that this is a magic desk.
Before I had it, I "did my homwork" on my bed, which is, of course, far to comfortable to actually concentrate. And I must say, this stool that came with the desk is no bed of unusually squashy roses.
Aah, it's 11:48pm, and I need a shower and I have school tomorrow. This rant shall continue another time.
