Yes, finally.

This past year has been hectic. My brother is doing better than expected, though his remaining kidney is not doing so well. We don't exactly know how long he has left due to the tuberous sclerosis, but it could be anywhere from 6 months to another year, possibly longer depending upon treatment options.

About 7 months ago my father went for a doctors appointment due to pain that he had in his eye for several days. After some tests, a very small growth was found behind it, and was removed (he was awake for the procedure, though medicated). The tests on it came back as being malignant, and so he is now going through chemotherapy for treatment of his cancer. Luckily it was caught in the earliest possible stage, and so we are hopeful that he can beat it. His father did manage to beat it at 82 years of age.

I dated a girl from January 1st to August 14th, the latter date being the day that she broke up with me. I found out two weeks later that she had been cheating on me while we were still dating, and that the reason she broke up with me was to go back to her ex who had beaten and abused her for the better part of two years (Note: It was not her (now-no-longer) ex whom she was cheating on me with while we were still together. She is a chronic cheater, it seems, and likes to sleep around, yet will become offended if anyone points that out to her). Granted, this isn't the first time that I have had my heart broken or been cheated on, but the whole situation with her has left me with lingering bad feelings toward her. The less contact I have with her, the better and happier I feel, and so I try to avoid any contact with her as often as possible.

On a brighter note, college is going well. Politics is tempting...

Ninjas. Why not? You often never really see them before they strike, and they are generally fast.



1.) Green Tea. Lots of it.

2.) An up-to-date computer with an internet connection.

3.) My cell phone.

Heh, problem solved.



Unfortunately, I do not yet know. I am at that point in my life where I am trying to decide what I want to do with the rest of it.

It is my favorite color, and you can never have too much blue. Yes, I am biased, and I make no apologies. mrgreen



"Chutes and Ladders" is the one that comes to mind.



Oddly, I have not. Of course, there is always time for it in the future. I do however live in a blue state with a high number of like-minded people.



People who pay with credit cards or checks all of the time, for anything and everything at all. I know that it shouldn't bother me so much, but it just seems to slow down the flow of commerce.



Green tea, in obscene amounts whenever possible, and often of different varieties in terms of the brand. I do drink coffee on occasion as well, however.



I won't go into specifics right now, but I am working toward something with someone special. If you look around you can probably connect the dots. ninja



A nitemare headband. To the best of my knowledge I have long since sold it. I believe that it was worth roughly 50k at the time.



It really depends on who I am with, if anyone. My room is a great place for me to be by myself, though spending time with a friend at their place is generally nice.



My username here on Gaia is actually a nickname that I have had in real life since way back in middle school. It has to do with a part of my last name. At one point someone in the halls at school reffered to me as "Sensedog", and the name just stuck.



I am a big fan of the show "24" on fox. I also watch a random assortment of action movies on HBO, as well as a few adult swim shows when I have the chance.



Shetland Sheepdogs. My family had one a while back. They are such loyal, friendly, awesome creatures.



A little of each, actually. I should work on putting up more posters.

Hey, you never know. When I changed my hair to green temporarily a short time ago I received everything from scared pm's to messages that fell short of death threats.



Actually, I have yet to do that.



I did consider wearing the Chyaku Norisu for a while, though I finally decided that it would contrast too much with my avatar's overall apperance.



I never really had a single favorite that I can remember, though I do remember watching a lot of the earlier "Power Rangers" seasons, as well "Pokemon" a few years later.
