I'm so tired...I haven't slept in days...I can hardly stay awake but as I try to go to sleep I have a panic attack and I can't sleep. It's taking such a toll on me. I want them to stop but they won't. I need help but I don't know where to turn. I am just so scared..who can I talk to where can I go? I want someone to hold me but I can't find a soul. It's not fair....I just want them to stop so I can live in peace...someone, please try to help me. Please.
