[Not really much of a poem, but I was actually in Authors club when I wrote it, listening to a depressing song, obviously.]
If I could,
I would love you forever.
But unfortunately,
You're out of my reach.
You've chosen to climb
And ignored me for as long as you live.
If you could,
Would you tell me you loved me?
Or would you wait for me to grovel at you feet?
I'll never know

I wasn't exactly the happiest when I started writing this one. In fact, I'm not even sure that I'm finished it yet. sweatdrop

But I guess it matters not anymore.

A Little Fun At Writers Club |

Marius, a man of many languages had been laying on one of his many beds, just staring up at the ceiling, thinking about absolutely nothing. He blinked very little as he stared and sang one of his favorite old latin tunes with a very low tone of voice.
Marius jolted slightly hearing one of his bedroom doors slam open. He looked towards his own door and smiled slightly, shaking his head and looking away.
"You're a damned idiot, Daniel!" He heard a familiar voice say. It was calm, yet demanding at this point in time.
"You should have moved your Knight away from my Queen. You basically killed yourself with that move." Marius laughed slightly and placed a hand over his face, the other hooked on the belt of his pants. He propped one of his legs over the other and closed his eyes shaking his head for a moment. He heard someone walk towards his door and he opened one eye only to see who it might be.
"Yes, I should have, but our game was going on and on. . . it was getting to be incredibly pointless." Daniel opened the door to Marius' room and stood leaning against the doorframe.
"Well, don't you look comfy?" The brunette said cocking an eyebrow, smiling slightly.
Marius tilted his head to the left away from Daniel and closed his open eye.
"I am." Marius said bluntly.
Armand was talking to Louis and Lestat about the chess game he'd just won and didn't notice that Lestat and Louis had stopped; therefore, resulting in a collision with him and Daniel standing in the doorway, falling against the ground - Armand landing ontop of Daniel.
"As I have said before, Daniel, you are an idiot." He said against Daniels back. He pushed himself off of the younger vampire below him and stood up and to the side.
"Amadeo, you're still the way I remembered you. . . not very graceful." Marius sat himself up so his elbows rested on his knees. He smiled and shook his head laughing. He looked at Armand and tilted his head to the side.
Armand brushed some of the dirt from his pants and helped Daniel up onto his feet.
"Well, I'd love to see you walk and talk at the same time without being distracted by something." He placed a slight amount of attitude into his voice.
Marius got up from his bed and walked towards Armand.
"I can. And if you think that was a come-back, you are dreadfully mistaken, my dear Amadeo." He smiled sarcastically and placed a hand on his shoulder.
