I wandered lonely as a cloud, met some others and now it looks like rain.
Being new here is quite daunting because the world of Gaia seems enormous. It's taken me a while to get to grips with the concept but now I'm finally starting to get it - it's all good!
I've been collecting various colors of crumpled up xerox paper, flowers and insects. Why? I have know idea. I'll probably find out at some point that I'm destroying the environment which would be a real faux pas for someone going by the name of econutterj.
Anyway. As well as collecting wildlife I met someone who introduced them self with 'Hi', asked if I was single, then stunned me by asking me on a date. The speed of the exchange and progression to a date was nothing short of amazing. Our date didn't last much longer after she inquired as to my age 'Nearer 100 than 20' I replied (not entirely accurate but at my age 42 it makes little difference). 'Gross' she shot back and we said our goodbyes. It was by far the quickest date I've experienced and the funniest.
Almost as quickly as the date and a minute or so after I acquired a Mum and a Dad, although I'm not really sure how that works? (A shout out to lifez_a_bloody_war and iiam_COOKIE_monster my first Gaia friends heart )
I have absolutely no idea what the world of Gaia is going to throw at me next but I can't wait. Love and peace to anyone who reads this.
