Hurrah!
I owned that physics test! Well, OK, I didn't quite own it, everybody did relatively poorly on the test, but I got the highest score - by an incredible margin!!! I got 60/70 multiple choice answers correct, the next person below me got 39/70. Not a bad gap, I say. And these are the most brilliant physics students the school has to offer! I'm riding high right now. 3nodding I got tied for the free response high score. Not too shabby there either. In any case, that was our physics final for the semester, so we've got two weeks of classes (and two weeks of break) that really isn't accounted for. Teacher is probably going to make us go into E&M early, so that we get a jump-start on the process. After all, E&M is supposed to be the much harder portion of the Physics C test.
I'm slowly getting back into Aardwolf MUD. Or, rather, I'm been tempted to dip back into it by Lokathor. He has a level 80-90ish ranger character, and he really doesn't know what is doing. Poor guy, he's never morted before, he's been a supernewbie for his (relatively) short time on the MUD. Still, It'll do him some good to get through one mort at least. I also just learned that I accidentally broke the rules some 6 months ago. I didn't know I'd done anything wrong until Lokathor pointed it out, and the admins certainly didn't notice, so I'm assuming it was either too minor to be noticed, or I just slipped through a crack or something. Anyways, I'm happy, not only because my newest character became an instant supernewbie through equipment I gave him (yes, him, not her. I felt like a change, and I can;t imagine a female ratling, for some reason) and I lost a bunch of my weight on my main character.
Further rantage later.

Bah, humbug
Well, I had a beautiful journal entry all written up on Sunday, but when I clicked to post, it all disappeared! gonk Ends up I left it idling for too long, and it auto-logged out or something. I wish they'd fix the login feature, because its an enormous pain to login and re-login every time I open a new browser window.
Lets see... I took the SAT II's on Saturday. Writing, Math II, and Physics. I personally think that 20min is far, far too short a time to write a good essay in. I mean, when are you ever, in real work time, going to have to write an essay like that unless you're the incredible Slacker? 20 minutes! Even AP tests give you 30min, an increase of 50%! DBQ's are 45min! College entrance essays are however long you want to spend on 'em! Etc, etc, etc.
Add to that the fact that I really, really, really should've studied for the physics portion, and SJ is a sad panda. I mean, I know all the concepts, I have them down pat. But the specific equations? Eh-heh. At least I know I got that q = i * t if i is constant in respect to t. sweatdrop Who knows what else I got wrong, though? I was never great shakes at optics, or heat engines. Strangely, the stuff that we learned latest in the year stuck in my mind the least. Funny how that works.
I had my braces taken off today! Hurray! The many years of tyranny have ended, to be replaced with a paradise of apple-eating nougat-guzzling freedom! Well, not really, but I'm happy none the less! The operation took about an hour and half, and was very uncomfortable, because they also put in a retainer as well (the non-removable kind >< wink . Putting in a retainer is a process that involves a diabolic looking device that props your mouth open and several large wads of cotton to soak up saliva and make your mouth unbearably dry. I survived, barely.
Enough for the moment, I must do my homework. Reading a short story for English and over 20 huge pages in the history book, uguu~
Song of the Moment - Worms Make Dirt, by the Aquabats. Crazy, crazy, crazy song! I love every second of it. I learned about this song when a friend brought over a CD of her music, and was playing it in the background. I heard this tune, was instantly hooked. Its just so... off the wall! Its brilliance!
