Being alone is dreadfully sad

Oh if only this emtiness would not consume me so

Please, come steal me away from this dreary monochrome

and lead me to the palette

Scribble through these lines of hurt

and fill this dull void inside my wounded heart

Let the color consume this lonliness

and paint a smile over this frown.
