We have finally returned from holiday. The family and my Maria were happy to be home even though Majorca is so lovely. We stayed much longer than we had expected and mother was always saying that Maria was a blessing! biggrin We returned in time for shrove Tuesday and enjoyed stuffing ourselves with as many pan cakes as we could eat! Winter is hard here and it will take time to get back into the daily schedule again. Our hope is that we will have an early spring. There has been some talk lately of my father getting a new position for a few years in Australia. If he takes the job , my dearest hope will be that Maria can come with us or get chosen as a foreign exchange student! I guess I will have to wait with much patience to see what comes of that. If that does not work , perhaps I could stay behind.(I do not like to think of being parted from Maria for long.) That is all for now, I will try to write again soon.
